In-Home Offerings

In-home classes emphasize breath, presence, and intention rather than perfect form. Poses are adapted to the body you bring each day, and variations are always welcome. Yoga is treated as an unfolding process rather than a fixed destination.

My teaching is grounded in both long-term yoga practice and formal nursing education at Emory University, where my training emphasized person-centered care, informed consent, and careful listening. These principles shape each session, creating a practice that is responsive, respectful, and attentive to the bodies present.

A modern living room decorated with potted plants, a large round mirror, and a sideboard with decorative items. There is a chair with a pillow and a small round table. The room features a patterned rug and wall-mounted lights.

Booking is simple. Each practice is held in your own space—or in a nearby outdoor setting—with care, presence, and respect for your environment. When you're ready, choose a time that works for you and we'll take it from there.

My rates reflect the time, care, and attention I bring to each practice, including preparation and in-home service. When a small group gathers, the cost naturally spreads among participants—often bringing the per-person rate below the price of many studio classes, while allowing for a slower and more attentive experience.
