Small Groups. Deep Presence.
Adaptive yoga, grounded in care.
The hearth is a place of warmth, love, and connection. It is where we gather—drawn by firelight—to share our joys, our fears, and what matters most.
Your personal journey of growth is sacred. The Hearth Method is rooted in the belief that we become most fully ourselves when we feel held, supported, and safe—when we are invited to return, again and again, to the hearth.
Offerings
Practice is grounded in Hatha yoga and guided through a trauma-informed approach. Sessions are shaped by breath and intention, with quiet attention to alignment, sensation, and inner response. The expression of a posture is allowed to evolve — varying from body to body and from moment to moment. Yoga is approached not as something to complete, but as a practice of listening and return. Participants are invited to choose the pace and form that best supports them.
The Hearth Method is offered through both private in-home sessions and Community Practices at Neutral Moon Studio in Atlanta’s Castleberry Hill neighborhood. Whether gathered in a home or shared studio space, classes emphasize arrival, choice, and attentive movement. All bodies and experience levels are welcome.
