In-Home Yoga

In-home sessions center breath, presence, and intention, with each pose adapted to the body you bring that day. This approach is especially supportive for parents with limited time, those navigating mobility challenges, and anyone recovering from injury.

Arrival - free of charge

An Introduction (up to 5 participants)

Arrival is a 30-minute in-home grounding practice designed to meet you exactly where you are. We begin with simple centering, gentle stretching, and slow, accessible movement guided by breath and intention. No experience is required.

Before we meet, you’ll receive a brief intake form to share your preferences, needs, and goals. We’ll take care of the details in advance—space, timing, props—so your session feels seamless from the moment I arrive.

This session offers a quiet introduction to The Hearth Method and its emphasis on listening, choice, and ease. It is offered free of charge to new participants.

Book a second session within two weeks and receive a $25 credit toward your next practice.

Ongoing Practices

Arrival is a place to begin. From there, ongoing sessions allow us to build a practice that evolves with you: steady, responsive, and shaped over time. Details about Hearth Method practices are below.

Booking is simple. Each practice is held in your own space or in a nearby outdoor setting. Together, we will shape a practice that meets you where you are.

Each session is thoughtfully prepared and designed to meet you in your own space. When shared with a small group, the cost naturally spreads—offering a more personal, attentive alternative to the pace of a studio class.
